Revitalisation of a post-industrial complex of buildings which were previously School Workshops of the Rolling Stock Service Works (Zaklady Naprawcze Taboru Kolejowego) of Poznań, interference in the existing urban tissue in the downtown of Poznań, creation of a unique hotel, a Topaz Poznań Centrum hotel.
The initial revitalization plan included the adaptation of the facility for beauty care, rehabilitation, spa & wellness purposes by establishing the Topaz Institute of Health and Beauty, Spa & Wellness (see the visualisation presentation below). The project has been modified, however, and another project has been completed – the upgrade of the rooms to a higher standard (pictures below).
